A great read for any animal lover

After reading countless books about dogs, and especially any books I could find about mixed breed dogs, I finally happened upon YOUR NATURAL DOG in my local library. This book certainly stands out above the rest! I found Patmore's approach to dog training, diet and the history of the animal fascinating. I found particularly interesting the chapters on holistic medicine and healing and all-natural diets. Most of the books I've read were very textbook-like and boring! Very few offered any insight into mixed breed dogs and looked upon them as a superior option. Patmore offers a new perspective and definitely a great read for any animal lover! (I do wish that this book cited more resources in the USA in its appendix. I believe that this book was 1st published in Britian.)
