Fantastic book for self-study and when coaching clients

I have been familiar with most of the tools described in this book since 1992. I started attending Dr. Gerhard Huhn's life-changing seminars then as his student at the University of Arts in Berlin, Germany. These tools have changed my life and my career in profound ways. Gerhard has been refining his methods and tool-kits ever since. This book is fantastic for anyone who wants to improve their personal life and their career. I have been using this book recently in my work as a personal growth coach with mind-blowing results. My clients so far have been very happy. I am eternally grateful to Gerhard for all he has done for me personally and my career and my work helping others with their lifes and careers. I have read quite a few different self-development books but often found that whilst I fully understood their teachings, they lacked guidance on the practical application. The book by Huhn and Backerra addresses exactly that. Not only present they very clear and logical models, they also provide an easy step-by-step guide that helps the reader to become clear about where they want to go, why old approaches have not worked and how to go about effecting desired change. I enjoyed this structured approach and was absolutely fascinated by the insights I gained on the way. The book helped me becoming much clearer about me and my life and I have seen amazing results in both my professional life and my career. A truly unique book that is worth reading over and over again.
