The good news of the Kingdom of God is about the Kingdom of God. It is not about where a person will go after he dies. It is about God's Kingdom coming. It is about the restoration of God's Kingdom on earth. Jesus made it clear that the restoration began when He came, and it will be completed when He comes again.

When we realise that God wants His Kingdom to rule not only in heaven but also on earth, and not only in the future but here and now, our perspective on life, church, ministry, and missions, radically changes. Instead of trying to get as many people as possible into church and into heaven, we will work with God for His Kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth as in heaven.
