Written during the 2020 pandemic and racial tensions, this book is about finding the purpose God has created for you and how to achieve it. Pastor David shares with you how he found God's purpose, so you also may be inspired to see what God has planned for you. It is not about being judged or told what to do. It is merely to love and lead you to your Will of God. This book is to help you get started in the name of our Lord. David's prayer is that you may put Christ's words into action as a solution to living in and accepting a new tense world.I sometimes compare earth as the Womb of God, where we are newborns wandering the earth solely for the intent of Godly growth and development. We are all created to walk various paths Jesus paves for us. Think of all the things going on now with your family and friends. What are the crossroads, and where do the paths connect? Where are we all wandering? What eternity will we be born?It is easier to focus on the negative for us today in 2020. We are surrounded by intense emotion on every side. We pray for understanding and help. Why does it seem like our prayers sometimes go unanswered? Where is God when it all comes crumbling down? Perhaps the suffering is simply preparation for something more significant, as painful as that may be to hear. I believe God has goals set for you and me when He reveals His Will and Love to us. God wants me to shout from the mountaintops for everyone to hear that He is alive and listening to us. He understands us, cares for us, and loves us. Jesus wants to know if we will listen to Him. He chose me to ask you, and I think we should answer Him. Do you hear Jesus talk to you? Do you want to listen to what He is saying? Are you willing to take His calling? If you are reading this soon after publication, you may be asking how to focus on putting the words of Christ into action while living in a new world. You are home to stay safe watching the news and may wonder why so many deaths from a deadly disease seem never to stop. At the same time, we see officers of the law killing people of color. Our country's streets fill with protests that turn violent with opportunists taking advantage of the chaos to loot and steal from those called to love and forgive. Recently police joined the "I Can't Breathe" protests and knelt to their knees to hold hands with them. Later in the day, they were firing rubber bullets and tear gas at the same people they held hands with. Why didn't love last? Are our expectations our own or the Will of God? Have your expectations ended up in disappointment? Do we expect too much of each other? Do we expect too much from God? All of us have had expectations that didn't work out from time to time. So how do we resolve this problem of having unrealistic expectations and undesired outcomes? We all have questions. Perhaps some of the ones here are questions you may have had. I attempt to give the best answer, but I know I am not always right. I pray very much for others and want to help them and do the best I can with what God puts on my heart. I hope they help you in some way.To find our Christian purpose and succeed, one must first find God. To find the Lord, one must believe that God exists. To believe to gain something in return defeats the purpose of believing. One must honestly believe with every cell in their body and every ounce of Holy Spirit Love in their soul. We are obligated to lose ourselves and find God by fasting from the things of this world with action, prayer, and gratitude. Once you find God, you realize He was always there with you and never left your side from conception. God has been fulfilling your purpose within you all along and succeeding! You are an every-day hero! There are numerous gifts given to us by God to enjoy while on this earth. They are all things God brought into our lives. They are all God's love. We are all joined together by the Holy Spirit.
