mother of four daughters, and a competitive golfer. Her cousin David was
vice president of a prestigious bank in Maryland, a divorced father, and a
proficient sailor, struggling with life-threatening kidney failure.

Today, there are more than 100,791 people in the United States who are
waiting for a kidney transplant 17,107 kidney transplants were performed
last year in 2017; 11,570 were cadaver kidneys. Only 5,537 transplants
were live kidney donations, which have proven to be more successful and
long-lasting than those of unknown donors who have tragically passed away.
The diabetes epidemic in this country contributes to the growing need for
medical (and spiritual) salvation for those in renal failure. Bobbie's heartfelt
