"Wish I had read this book before I got married"

I admire the way this book is written from the foundaton to the finishing. For the size of this book, it is packed with plenty of knowledge and wisdom relating to love and marriage. I wish I was blessed to have read this book before I got married: I believe my husband and I would still be together today! My husband had our marriage annulled four months after we were married. Before my husband and I got married, we were not counseled. I tried to seek counselling, but my husband showed no interest. I knew some things were missing, and I turned to our church for help only to be told "we will pray for you." I was so devastated after our seperation that I went on a spiritual quest. I was ready to war with our adversary the devil: "No weapon that is formed against me shall prosper." I still lost my husband to poor self-esteem and insecurities, but I have been so blessed; God has called me to work in ministry full time: I've decided to become a minister/counselor. A total stranger lend me their copy to read, and eventually bought me a copy. I sent my copy to my husband, and continue to read the other one. I read this book three times; just could not put it down. I have been so blessed, I use the knowledge I've gained to help others. May God continue to bless Gene and Sue in their ministry. Blessed And Anointed.

Best book I have ever read on marriage

Dr. Gene Lingerfelt and Sue Lingerfelt have poured their hearts into this book. "You, Me and God" offers concise, scriptural instructions on how to succeed in marriage. The scriptural teachings are enhanced by real life actions from their own marriage. They have really lived this book and have experienced the results of trusting God in their marriage and life together. The examples they bring forth in "You, Me and God" give credibility and believability to make this book more than just another marriage manual . My wife and I have benefited greatly from reading and studying this book. It should be mandatory reading for all newlyweds and those planning to get married in the near future. Since we do not fit in either category, let me also recommend that all other married couples also procure this book. It will definitely enhance your marriage, no matter how long you have been married.
