As a part owner in a family business that includes my Father, two uncles, my brother, and two cousins, this book was fantastic! It offers so much insight into structure, rules, separation of family and business, being a good family man and businessman, succession, even grief and emotions. I would highly recommend this book not only to someone involved in a family business, but also to anyone who has a family and is involved in any business. There are lots of lessons to be learned. This should be a "must have" for any family business.
