My favorite cookbook ever!

This is one of the best cookbooks I've ever had. The author does a wonderful job of combining practical cooking tips with interesting tidbits about the origin of each dish. It is particularly useful because it provides authentic Chinese recipes with adaptations for what is available in American grocery stores. I've made most of the recipes in here and every dish has turned out delicious. I love to use her recipes when I have friends over for dinner because it never fails to impress. If you are looking to venture into the world of Chinese cuisine, this is the book to buy. Thank you Madam Yee Yo!
