Excellent Learning Tool

I read this book twice in two days, just before returning to car sales after a 6 month absence. I found the simplicity refreshing. For the beginner, this book is a good, quick, concise, and comprehensive instruction manual. For the veteran in need of a little something to stimulate their sales, this guide can get you back to basics. Another great thing about this particular book is that it is not another sales training book, it is a book exclusively for car salesmen. Easy to read and informative, enjoy.
