"You are what you eat", is a great book to accompany every Christian on the journey of maturing in Jesus Christ and growing in intimacy with the Father, as well as discovering the power of the Holy Spirit in his or her life. For the young Christian it maps the journey, for the mature Christian it reinforces it. It serves as a great guide and paints a clear picture of our soul, heart and mind redemption or renewal. Personally, I wish I had a manual like this when I was "born again" way back in the previous century. It would have given me better understanding and direction, which was desperately needed, and would in all likelihood have spared me many detours and pitfalls along the way. - Helene Prinsloo
