Reading This Book Changed My Life

This book had a dramatic impact on my life. When I read it I had very low self esteem and no confidence. I was quiet, not because I was shy, but because I thought my opinion wouldn't help, or that I would be wrong. I didn't smile, because my teeth were crooked. Then I read this book... I couldn't believe the things she went through in her life and overcame. She was in a severe accident when she was twelve and it smashed her leg; she wore a cast, and the other leg grew while this one couldn't, so she limped. They said she'd never have kids. She BROKE her front teeth. ALL THESE THINGS HAPPENED BEFORE SHE BECAME MISS AMERICA IN 1980!!! She teaches you to change the things you can, and let go of the things you can't. Because of reading this book I started smiling, gained confidence, and now I'm very outgoing and teaching my kids to have self esteem for who they are. I highly recommend this book, it really is life changing, as well as interesting and easy to read.
