Years Like Fevers is a collection of poems written between 2006 and 2011, internal responses to what many disparate experiences (in my neighborhood; with labor and the American recession, and global politics) had spelled out about this particular moment in history as well as my own life. Within are stories, part autobiographical, linking together pieces of this time in an attempt to articulate, critique and reflect upon it. The composition of pictures speaks to the themes - some dark, some Light - that presently weave these years together, as well as each of us into them.
