Rachel declared she would never again go back in time. But when she discovers that she has a cousin, left in the sixteenth century by her Aunt Rosalie, she knows she will not rest until she has found her and brought her back where she belongs. She and Peter return at Christmas time and find themselves invited to the celebrations at the court of King Henry VIII. They also find that the cousin, Caroline, is a ward of the King and that he has arranged a marriage for her with a man three times her age.She is as reluctant for the marriage as Rachel expects her to be and they manage to rescue her, along with another guest that they had not anticipated.
