Yasmin and Zuzu is a story about two children who live in the mountains with their parents.Their picturesque village Maalampur is based near Shimla in India.Yasmin and Zuzu are friends with Rehan and Bushra and the four of them have many adventures together.The children climb trees and pluck fresh apples and berries, they hike through the woods and have snowball fights and they also adopt a pet monkey.The story gives the reader an insight into a Muslim family living in a village surrounded by beautiful mountains.
