A political scenario to plausible to ignore!

Two credible stories woven into one complex and gripping novel. If you love to hate the current administration in Washington DC, you'll be captivated by the explanation that Morgan has laid out for the President's behavior. In the other Washington, a prudent family gets swept into the chaos of a Y2K stricken nation. Most exciting drama I've read in years!

excellent writing that keeps the reader in suspense

Y2k is an exciting book from start to finish. To even think that something of this magnitude could happen in our lifetime is frightening. He keeps you glued to the book from the first sentence to the last. The religious bits are a refreshing input into a highly suspenseful plot and makes the reader aware that there is a higher being to help with the crisis that is being carried out.

Brace yourself for this one.

The family could be yours or mine. The disturbing political drama could all too eerily be real. Morgan expertly takes the ramifications of runaway computer bugs and places us in the midst of the chaos. Can there be peace in pandemonium? Be prepared for an internal tension that continues long after the novel ends. There can be no spectators of this story. You must determine which of the characters is most like you and then live with the consequences of that determination.

I truly enjoyed this book!

If you are looking for a tantalizing, seductive book that will keep you coming back for more, this is the book for you. What makes "Y2K" such a special novel is that the storyline takes a number of shocking turns that I never would have suspected. Furthermore, I found the characters spirituality a refreshing contrast to the greed and evil seeking to capitalize on others despair.

This book kept me spellbound!

This book was the first novel I have seen my husband read in 22 years of marriage! He stayed up until 1:00 a.m. and was totally captivated! He is usually a non-fiction reader so I knew this book had to be good! Guess what? I did the same thing!The pacing of the story line and the characters kept me wanting to read more and more! It was more than just entertainment. It was revealing and gave me a lot to think about! I can't wait for his next book!
