XXI Century Technosphere Quality Management

The technical revolution of XIX century has allowed to construct economy of the oligarchic capitalism focused exclusively on increase in the added value of a target product of manufacture, neglecting necessary for maintenance of vital activity with expenses of resources on ecological safety of realisation of business processes. Formation of wastes of industrial resources, caused by imperfection of technologies, began to limit stability of the further development of technosphere. Quality management of the ecocentric technosphere is becoming an urgent problem for improving production activities. In its historical development, management, continuously evolving, at the beginning of the 21st century reached the point of bifurcation, when it became possible to turn it into a real driving force for life safety on Earth.
