An erotic retelling of Emily Bront 's timeless Wuthering Heights, this reimagining reveals the dark passion and dangerous obsession between Catherine and Heathcliff--the original morally gray hero--in all its forbidden glory. Readers have been enthralled by Emily Bront 's classic novel of the tragic love between beautiful, spirited Catherine Earnshaw and dark, brooding alpha Heathcliff--the restrained desire between the two star-crossed lovers has always smoldered on the page. Now, I.J. Miller invites you back to the stark, raw beauty of the English moors to revisit their explosive love story, leaving nothing left to the imagination ... you've never experienced Wuthering Heights with this much heat. Heathcliff, an orphan, recognizes his soulmate in wild, impulsive Catherine, the only woman who can tame his self-destructive nature. And Catherine cannot deny the all-consuming desire she feels for him, despite his low birth. Together they engage in a fiery affair--one that will possess them, enslave them, and change their destinies forever ... I.J. Miller's adaptation will leave you breathless. Wuthering Nights is not your grandmother's version of the story--and definitely NSFW.
I loved this retelling of Wuthering Heights. The love between Catherine and Heathcliff went though hardships but in the end it stayed true and strong. Reading of them finally reuniting after death was a nice bonus. I like that instead of Linton and Cathy getting together like in the original, Cathy and Hareton got together, married and had children. Plus I liked how the author made all the events that happened like a dream and made you feel like you are the one spending a night at Wuthering Heights in the prologue and epilogue.
