Not helpful or relatable

This book can be summed up by saying that you just need to pray harder to heal your partner of PTSD. The only thing in this book that was helpful were the sections where partners of those with PTSD shared a few sentences to a short paragraph about behaviors that their partner has done. The rest of the book is garbage in my opinion.
