Working conditions and workers' health

Working conditions are not adequate when the elements have a negative impact on the worker. If only one of these elements acts in a harmful way towards the worker, it would be generating an environment that can be assigned as serious and requires all the vigilance to study it and take corrective measures. According to the International Labor Organization, working conditions consist of a generalized vision of the person with his social, cultural and physical environment, with his quality of life. Occupational accidents and occupational diseases are consequences of deplorable working conditions that expose a worker to risk factors in the area where he/she performs his/her work. These should be characterized by seeking the welfare of workers, in the Project and Design Company of Agriculture in Havana the working conditions of workers are seen as those factors that determine the scenario in which a worker performs his activities without danger, which at some point may cause direct effects on their physical integrity.
