The 26 exercises in the Workbook take you deeper into discovering who you are, whom you are meant to be, what is holding you back and how to propel yourself forward into the future you want to create.

We outgrow our mindsets, beliefs, and self-image as we mature and become who we are designed to be. When a sunflower seed is first planted, it can happily live in a small 2" terracotta pot with a little soil. As the plant buds and emerges and begins to grow taller, that tiny pot quickly becomes a restriction. To grow to 6 feet tall and support a large sunflower head, the plant needs deep roots, lots of soil, and room to expand.

We are like that sunflower. If we try to remain in a small pot with too little soil, we will be inhibited to become who and what we are designed to be.

The goal of the book and workbook is for you to realize that you are designed perfectly in the sight of God and that much of what holds you back is ready for you to let go of it. Throughout the exercises in this book, I hope to challenge you to look at what you accept by default and eliminate the places that don't fit or support you any longer.

There is also room built into the workbook for recording your thoughts, ideas, breakthroughs, questions, etc. It's nice to have a place to jot things down when the inspiration strikes.
