This tidy little book gives the reader the real OSHO / Rajneesh before the Oregon episode. Stories are on the mark. This goes well with another of his books, The Mustard Seed, which are talks on the Gospel according to St. Thomas. I love Osho's clarity and intelligent interpretations of Jesus. Osho said Jesus was "a milestone in human consciousness."
Osho (once known as Rajaneesh) pulls off a Humdinger!

I've been a fan of Osho for some years now. I've owned "The Book of Secrets" (his most famous compilation of discourses) but this is the first volume of his I've really sunk my teeth into. He really was/is (he left his body in 1990) a brilliant light and ingenius Teacher. I've had his presence made known in my life in many dreams as this chuckling bearded man who is laughing at a joke that is no secret because it is at the core of everyone of us. This book is no different. He starts off very clearly distinguishing Christ from Christiantity. Then he explores what make Christ different from Buddha or Krishna. I really appreciated hearing what I always knew expressed so succintly and with depth of purpose. Every once in a while it may seem like he's being contradictory or indulgent of his own ego, but then everything seems to turn around there I am staring in the mirror laughing at what I thought was true as opposed to what Truth is and always has been. If you've got a personal relationship with Christ and are looking for a reminder of what Jesus contributed from a crazy-wisdom perspective, this is the one you've been waiting for!
