Words are Seeds: What Are You Producing?

Like seeds, your words contain not only information, but the spark of life that will produce certain results. Seeds demand a harvest and so do your words. Knowing that principle, how would you describe your life? Is it full of love, joy, peace, and expectation every day? Or is it full of drama, chaos, confusion, and disappointment? If it's the latter, you may want to consider your words. What are you saying? What and who are you listening to? There are also circumstances in life that can cause even God's word/seeds to be aborted and ineffective. The Parable of the Sower in Mark 4 explains very clearly how we can allow our harvest of good things from the Word to be aborted, choked out, neglected, or starved. It also tells us how to prevent those things so God's Word can fall into good soil and grow to produce a good crop. The Bible is God speaking to us and it is chock full of information that is designed to build us up, make us victorious in life, and cause our lives to be like heaven on earth here and now!
