What a cool book for your own enjoyment and bedside reading--or a fabulous gift for any female in your life. The author arranged her thoughts alphabetically. Some examples are: A: Affirm our own and each other's worth. H: Heed our intuitive wisdom. P: Prepare our children for life. V: Veer away from negative people. You get the idea. Each chapter starts with quotes like in C: Commit to Excellence's, "The minute you settle for less than you deserve, you get even less than you settled for."
