I love the magical quality of postcards, speculating the history, how the public response to the original, and to whom I'll send the card. When I received my book of Women in Blue, I took the time to go through it carefully. The colors are saturated in brights (the blues are truly blue), and the choices are ones that I haven't seen before, so it was like a walk through a gallery. The problem started immediately. I didn't want to part with any of them. Since I received my book, I've only mailed out two of them, and that was after a long time deciding which I was wiling to part with. It's definitely one of my favorites.
