Heidi Hartmann's essay raises needed debate

These series of essays, edited by Lydia Sargent, many aspects of the debate surrounding combining socialism and feminism in such a way that does justice to feminism. I give this book an A+. The contributors are articulate and informed. Their arguments, from redefining patriarchy to restructuring Marxism, are concise and thought-provoking.
