Very interesting

Woman + Woman gives an interesting view of lesbianism from a historical perspective. That perspective shows the damage done by both the religious and medical communities and the overall impact of society's negative view of all women. Yet it also shows us our strength by connecting us to our past and giving voices to present day lesbians. Our voices are often very silent.
