Paron is in werewolf mode running through the streets of London. He is being chased by men in robes. He is injured.

Matt finds Paron on the ground and takes him back to his house to help him. Matt is a busy public relations person but falls for Paron while he nurses him to health. The two engage in a romance. Paron is funny and loves to paint.

Paron leaves the house suddenly. He worries that Mat might come into danger from the people chasing him - a religious order who seek to persecute those that are different. When Mat is taken captive, Paron must risk himself and go to the religious order to help him escape.
