Within a Mental Mind is a collection of poems that give an insight into my world whilst battling with mental illness. Each one touches on my feelings at the time and are a window to my thoughts during happy and more difficult times. I touch on family, how changes impacted me, some are funny observations of everyday life and others show my mental state and fears as found in the poem "Within Mental Mind". Each poem is a peak into my mind during depression and recovery.
