'With a Grain of Salt' sounds like it might be a cookbook, but it is far from it. This book is a compilation of writings that throughout the life of the author expresses and describes intimate moments. Some of them seemed fleeting and vague, while others appeared to be so personal that they had to be written with profound emotion. As a reader, each passage had a feeling of sincerity. It made me wonder about the author's life in connection with many of my own experiences in life. I hope that other readers will be moved by this glimpse into many relatable moments that have been shared with us.
