Love The Deck....Cardstock Is A Nightmare.

I love this deck so much. I really hated to write anything negative at all...but after three days of use there were chips on the cards...on the fourth day, they literally tore out. I am not a riffle shuffler. Overhand only. There is absolutely zero issues with the amazing guidebook and stunning deck. The cardstock is rough on the hands and unlike Llewellyn quality usually is...these have zero protection or finish on the edges. If you are a riffle shuffler...you might have issues with your hands because they cut like the "wrong" kind of gilding can cut you on other decks. I am keeping this deck until it falls apart, but ordered another to collect ...so the issue is NOT the fault of the author/creator. I am hoping Llewellyn does not go down in quality; That is why I am writing this... I am not a fussy person that is hyper critical...but this is a shame that the edges were not sealed. The deck is truly beautiful, just as Tarot of the Hidden Realms by the same author. Hoping there will be an upgrade available, because this a treasure already, and if it was good enough for me to spend money collecting it twice...you know this deck is amazing regardless of cardstock.
