Inhaltsangabe: Abstract: Also banks have to explain with the topic of knowledge management, because they are exposed to changes with regard to the market, to customers and to competitors. Particularly in the investment advice knowledge management is of essential importance, because on the one hand explicit product knowledge and on the other hand implicit knowledge (unwritten experience knowledge) is needed to make an investment recommendation. Particularly the investment advisors see themselves confronted with a multiplicity of time-critical decision problems under uncertainty and high complexity. The investment advisor lives besides on the re-use of experiences from earlier consulting discussions. With case-based reasoning systems it is possible to cope a large part of the problem field complexity and the system is able to learn for new decision problems. The processing of the problem field of vague knowledge can be counteracted in combination with the fuzzy set theory. So the combination of case-based reasoning systems with the fuzzy set theory is a suitable problem solution method for the decision support in the investment advice. During the realization of a such system, always it is to give attention to the three dimensions human resource management, organization and information and communication technology. Zusammenfassung: Wissensmanagement ist eine Thematik mit der sich auch Finanzdienstleister auseinandersetzen m ssen, da sie Ver nderungen gegen ber dem Markt, dem Kunden und den Wettbewerbern ausgesetzt sind. Besonders in der Anlageberatung ist Wissensmanagement von essentieller Bedeutung, da einerseits explizites Produktwissen und andererseits implizites Wissen (undokumentiertes Erfahrungswissen) f r die Erstellung von Produktempfehlungen ben tigt wird.
