Great real estate investing book.

I own several real estate investing books, and have read many, many more, this is a keeper. Most of them I flip thru and make a few notes, and put it back on the shelf. this one is worth the $22 to keep and refer back to. Lots of good, sound advice. For men or women. If I could only own 3 real estate investing books, this would be one of them. There is no "Buy 2 houses a month with no down payment" garbage in this book. Combined with Lonnie Scruggs and Tony Colella's books, regarding investing in mobile homes, you should have a great start to achieving your goals, no matter where you live or how little cash you have to get started.
