But the need to share was so strong that it drove her to put pencil to paper, sometimes as therapy, as a form or release from being stifled to express her true feelings and observations at other times.

Even as Dr. Ingram evolved over the years with countless accolades and accomplishments to her name, the chastisement arrow still finds her from time to time.
