Billy Wiseman is a country music star who is unable to repay a mafia loan. He fakes his own death, and under a new identity, forms a tribute act to himself.

Billy Wiseman is a Country Music Artist living outside of Nashville, Tennessee.His star is shining brightly and he is hungry for more. An old friend Peter O'Hare resurfaces with a plan to make Billy a ton of cash in a property project.
Peter's "great idea" is to get outside money to boost the investment.
They approach a top criminal in Vegas, Richie The Python and the deal is struck. Pay back the loan in three years or pay the price.
Unfortunately war breaks out. The property project is canned, and all the money is lost. Billy asks for time to pay his debt but Richie is not a patient man. He sells his debt to a man who gets his money, The Cannibal.
Billy needs a plan. He will fake his own death. A plane crash, a false passport and a trip to Berlin, and his new life is born.
One day while busking a man interrupts a song. "Hey, you sound just like Billy Wiseman."
An idea is born. He will be the lead singer in a tribute act to himself- Wise Ass, the music of Billy Wiseman.... What could go wrong?
