Wisdom from the Whiteboard is a collection of quotes written over the span of three years by Katelyn Reed, a young woman with Down syndrome. These quotes were a way for her to deal with and process the challenges of public school, the loss of her grandfather, and the ache of fitting into a world where difference isn't always accepted. Her quotes appeared daily on a large whiteboard in her room that her parents and friends lovingly referred to as her "wisdom from the whiteboard."
