We are who we are as a result of the experiences each of us have gone through. Positive or negative, the decisions we make as we journey through our individual challenges can cause us to become better or bitter towards each personal situation. Whether your experience is marital, drugs, or alcohol related we all have demons we must face. However, the way in which we face these demons is the key.This book is a collection of my experiences as they occurred. Real time thoughts that went through my mind daily and how I dealt with them. In order to fully understand this book it is important to know the intent. The intent of this book is: if you are going through the beginning stages of a traumatic experience, know that there are better days ahead if you endure. Furthermore, the pain, even though it is intense now, will ultimately make you stronger.If you are past the initial portions of your experience, working into recovery, this book will show you that you are not alone in how you feel. Finally, if you have already gone through, or haven't experienced any type of traumatic event, my hope is that this book gives strength to the wounded and understanding to those who provide support. Strength, in knowing that ultimately we are all connected through our life lessons. Understanding, to comfort those who need you.This book is written in no specific writing "Format", rather it was written from a heart that was in pain and needed to "Release".My desire is that you become stronger from reading my thoughts and not feel alone in your "Search of Joy".
