One I've re-read and enjoyed several times

I've had this book in my collection since it was recently in print, and it is one I've read several times and enjoyed. It is cultural sci-fi, I'd like to have seen what else she could do with the world she created. Her characterization is good and one cares about the characters and the outcome of the story. I'm a fan of cultural sci-fi so I like this style, and C.J. Mills does a very good job. Reminds me a little of Ursula LeGuin.
