A great horse story

I read this in the third grade. Why are all horse books directed at young girls? Anyway I plan on buying it for my niece this Christmas. A must read for the young horse enthusiest.

One of my favorites from childhood

As a child, this was one of my favorite stories. It is beautifully written and the story is very moving. A great choice for any horse-crazy young girl.
