By recreating and updating classic cocktail recipes, I hope to preserve them for generations to enjoy. For this guidebook, the cocktails are made with white and red wine, brandy, champaign, port, and sherry. This recipe book does not include cocktails that involve sprits as the base or recipes that don't involve alcohol at all. However, those items, such as whisky or vodka, might be included as an additional ingredient to augment the base.
