In-depth Information for Coaching Skills
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 18 years ago
I found Win-Win Partnerships to be a very comprehensive book on the topic of coaching skills and building relationships in the workplace. I felt the authors took these concepts one step further than in other books and text-books I've read on workplace relationship skills. I truly enjoyed the focus on turning to our teammembers and associates to help each other and create synergy through learning relationships. I look forward to reading and reviewing a new release from the same authors that further expounds on their ideas about teamwork, The Team Approach: With Teamwork Anything Is Possible.

It gives details and examples that make the concepts very easy to appreciate. The 8-step coaching model is a great, very practical, roadmap for effective coaching. This is a great follow up to their first book, "Coach: Creating Partnerships for a Competitive Edge".
