Wills, Trusts and Real Estate

I have taught estate planning classes to real estate agents for decades and have found that most of my students do not have a will and even fewer students have a revocable living trust (RLT). Most of the students don't know what a will and a trust does and why they need to have one or both. I have studied under Brian Lee who lives in Honolulu who I consider one of the best estate planners in the country. I have gone to seminars and done research on this topic to do my own estate plan and to help students understand this complicated process. The book was written for the layman with easy to understand language. I am not an attorney and this book does not give legal advice. What I do offer is practical information on how to plan your wills and trusts wisely. You do need to have an attorney do your wills and trust documents. It my hope that you will have a better idea of what to discuss with your attorney when you do your wills and RLTs.Abe Lee
