I am the authors daughter.Mom writes from true experience

Mrs. Sims writes from the heart. Every poem is from a true experience. Growing up in park service was exciting. She often would wake with thoughts of a new poem in her head in the middle of the night then write the words on whatever was handy. Probably still does! The beauty of places we have lived, Yellowstone , The Tetons & Death Valley give her inspiration.
