That's how self-worth should be implemented.Since authentic self-worth isn't usually taught at a young age, it never really is understood once we grow olderTo know your self-worth as a young adult you have to look at yourselfAnd in yourself and acknowledge all the traits you possess.Traits are the foundation upon which one's self is built.From a relationship stand point a women must think about what she would and wouldn't want in a man, And set standards for herself based upon that.Women can say that they do, this but not really.They are influenced by the wave of society and not by their own wants and attractions. Hence the reason everyone ends up liking people that look similar and do similar things.You must build your own self. Be sure within yourself first.That way when you're asked the question of "Do you know your self-worth?," You can answer it without any hesitation.Know you.The journey and fluid thoughts of a young woman going through life.
