Useless/unfinished book , only an outline for a book: DO NOT BUY would give 0 stars if I could

Incomplete chapters, only a few code examples and chapter outlines, no circuit layout or instructions on how to wire anything. This is nothing more than an outline for a book, and not a complete book. I would say this is 5% complete, and that is being generous. 100% waste of our money. Very upset. Wondered if there was a webpage where I could download the complete book or something like that, and nothing, this is just an outline for a book, not compete. This needs to be removed from sale!
