We THOUGHT We Knew Everything About Dogs...

My wife and I have had dogs for most of our marriage and I've had them since I was very young. Needless to say I know a lot about them but did I ever get an eye-opening experience with this book! Not only did I learn many things I need to do to make my dog's life (and ours!) happier and healthier, I also learned about the things I was doing that were harming our little loved ones. - I learned from this book that some of the food I fed them was harming them instead of giving them the nutrition I thought they were getting. - I learned from this book that we were overpaying on Vet bills... and boy do we have Vet bills with all our dogs and the way we pamper them! Saving a few dollars on each visit - thanks to Why Your Should Never Give Your Dog A Bob - will add up to hundreds of dollars over the next few years. - I learned from this book that the next time we get a puppy, our house-breaking days will no longer break us! There are much easier methods to train that The Dog Whisperer (love him too) and I never knew about. I suppose much of my excitement over Benjamin Settle's book has to do with the fact that I learned SO MUCH I didn't know that I didn't know... and ignorance when it comes to our little loved ones can be costly indeed. We are grateful that Mr. Settle decided to put his knowledge onto paper and share it with the world. Your dog WILL be happier and healthier after you implement this book's methods and you'll learn a lot that you didn't know. Why not make your time as a dog owner much happier and less costly? This book shows you how and I recommend it sincerely and passionately. P.S. By the way, I've read perhaps 75 dog books in my life and NOT ONE was as much FUN to read as Why You Should Never Give Your Dog A Bone!
