Glib and cutesy

The cutesy tone is very off-putting and unserious. Every topic is treated in the same superficial, glib way. The book lurches from schtick to schtick with no depth and frequent inaccuracies. If you want to learn about Judaism and Jews, read Joseph Telushkin's book Jewish Literacy or any of his other books.
