God made Little Girls
full of wonder and grace
to dance and sing
and feel the wind on her face
to splash in puddles
and swing high in the air
to play in the sunshine
and rest in the shade
to walk in the woods
and gather the flowers
to be a friend to all
in her quiet hours
to behold each day
with little girl smiles
to make stories from clouds
blow dandelion wishes
and dream for a while.
And when God completed the task He'd begun,
He was pleased and proud of the work He'd done.
For this World, when viewed through Little Girls' eyes,
Looks a lot like Paradise
