Sahara Allender is a teen writer from Georgia who's aspired to be an author since she could pick up a book. This is her debut novel, a novel that will take the reader on a journey filled with love and thrills. However, this is not her first writing piece she's put out into the world. Her short story titled "Broken Things" was submitted to the Dr. Shanta McClurkin Patrick Creative Writing Contest 2024, where her story won the grand prize, and it was also entered into the 2024 Young Georgia Author's competition. She loves horror, mystery, and thriller novels (young adult versions though, no smut in her books ) and tends to write about things in that sphere. In her debut novel, she hopes to explore themes of trauma, love, and the navigation of the complexities of a broken psyche through her own experiences with PTSD.
