Why? questions are what kids are asking all the time. Here is a series that is perfect for that inquisitive youngster. The "Rainbow of Animals" series is designed for answering simple science questions in and interesting manner with colorful, full page spreads featuring animals, short, simple text and a book the size youngsters can easily handle. This would be a great series for homeschoolers with it's glossary in the front and the guessing game and the Where do these orange animals live? sections at the end of the book. Then youngsters can go to the web sites listed or check out of the public library any of the titles listed in the Learn More section. Just by reading through the book, you get a science lesson. Recommended.
