Who is? Tilesky - Penzance Streets: Alternative Art

ArtNut championing the Unknown street art in a corner of United Kingdom where art is abundant and the gallery's of Cornwall are never empty; on the hand there are art that will never see the walls of a gallery. Here is one such art that is found dotted around the town of Penzance, and yet the artist responsible is not visible; and the immediate name popped out, "Banksy," who is not known, so to is this "Tiles" person, so I name it "Tilesky." I know it hasn't been easy or straight forward to identify the artist, and I imagine they probably don't want to be identified, either way, I would like to identify them and for that reason, the title of the book starts with, Who is? Tilesky.
